WHAT TIME DOES THE DAY START AND FINISH?

The retreat runs from 10:00am to 6:30pm (local Paris time).
If you're travelling from London, you can join the first hour remotely while on the 7:30am Eurostar—we’ll make it easy to ease in.

WHAT VALUE DO I GET FOR MY TICKET COST

WHO IS THE RETREAT FOR?

This is for anyone craving a quarterly reset: professionals, creatives, founders, changemakers—anyone ready to step out of routine, reflect on the year so far, and make intentional plans for what comes next.

IS THE TICKET REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and the day is carefully planned around a small group experience.

However, if you're unable to attend, I’ll make sure you still get value:
You’ll receive all the retreat materials to work through in your own time, and I’ll offer a one-hour coaching conversation to support your reflections whenever you're ready. Think of it as your own mini retreat—just from home.

IS TRAVEL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No, you’ll need to organise your Eurostar and any accommodation if you plan to stay overnight. The day is designed so you can travel to and from London on the same day, if you’d like to keep things simple. Lunch is at a reasonably priced cafe - please bring euros or a contactless card to pay individually for that.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Paris in May can mean sunshine or showers—please come prepared!

I recommend:

Comfortable shoes for walking between locations
A coat
A compact umbrella in case of rain
A notebook or journal if you like to write by hand (optional—materials will be provided)
Water and snacks to keep your energy high throughout the day

Don't forget travel insurance too!

WHERE IN PARIS WILL WE BE?

We’ll spend time in the 10th arrondissement, the Marais (3rd), and along the Seine. Exact meeting points will be shared closer to the date. We won't be touring tourist sites, although we will be in beautiful central Paris, so if you want to climb the Eiffel tower come the day ahead and do that then!
